Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened wellness products and devices in original condition. Medicines cannot be returned once the strip or seal is opened, except for damaged or wrong items delivered.
Raise a return from My Orders. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
